Preparing for Surgery

To expedite your check-in process, we will attempt to gather your registration information before your procedure date.  Our Pre-Registration Department will be contacting you prior to your date of service to discuss insurance and financial responsibility.

A nurse will call you the day before your surgery to review special instructions, answer any questions, and let you know what time to arrive at our facility.

It is important for you to follow these guidelines before surgery to prevent delays or cancellations.
