Preparing for Surgery

To expedite your check-in process, we try to gather your registration information prior to your procedure date.  Our Pre-Registration Department will be contacting you prior to your date of service to discuss insurance and financial responsibility.

A nurse will call you the day before your surgery to review special instructions and answer any questions you have. She will let you know what time you need to arrive at our facility for your surgery.

It is important for you to follow these guidelines before surgery to prevent delay or cancellations.
